Success Stories
Custom, Dual-lane Gatling Gun Rinser
An international beverage producer and marketer presented Entech with a set of stringent requirements for a multi-stage can rinser. The producer needed to sanitize stocked cans before filling, yet ensure critical taste profiles of each of their sodas and energy drinks were not affected.
To meet these requirements, Entech designed and installed a custom Gatling Gun Rinser that was capable of handling two lanes of cans through a single Gatling Gun Rinser. The configuration provides up to 2,000 cpm throughput and change-over flexibility for six can sizes.
In addition, to deliver the cleanliness specification and address insufficient house air capacity, Entech partnered with Paxton to provide a HEPA ionized blown air system.
